We currently only ship to New Zealand & Australia.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am-3pm.
We endeavour to process all orders within 24 working hours of receipt. We ship from our Auckland warehouse and use Aramex Couriers in NZ and DHL for Australia. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 11am or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
If for any reason we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, you will be contacted and advised of this. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses that may arise out of late delivery.
Important: All orders are sent via courier and require a signature unless otherwise stated. We unfortunately cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please use the comments section at checkout for alternative delivery instructions e.g please leave in my letterbox.

NZ orders under $150 incur a flat $10 shipping fee. Expected delivery window 2-3 days.
Australian orders incur a flat $20 shipping fee. We use DHL International express courier service so expected delivery window 2-3 days.
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer click and collect from our Kingsland warehouse. Click and collect is available Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Please allow at least 24 hours after your order has been processed for us to organise your products and have them ready for you. Our warehouse is based at 38 Aitken Terrace, Kingsland, Auckland.
